THE COTTAGE
The Cottage started life in 1948 and was the caretaker’s cottage at the Kingaroy Golf Club. In 2003 the tender to remove the building was won and it arrived at Hillview Cottages in April 2004 and renovations began. With the first guests celebrating their honeymoon there on the 18th August 2004. The Cottage boasts polished timber floors and wide veranda with stunning views. It offers a delightful blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Perfect for couples, solo travellers seeking a peaceful retreat, romantic weekends or anniversary escapes to work trips needing a homely touch. It is a bird watchers delight and provides a unique and memorable stay.

“An impromptu lunch to the Bunya Mountains turned into an overnight stay. So happy we found this little gem. A great place for a relaxed afternoon and the cows in front of the cottage, just magic. I miss my cows. We will most definitely be back and recommend you to everyone!”
