THE DAIRY
The Dairy represents Hillview’s past as a working dairy farm, but it is now hard to imagine they milked dairy cows in it. The task to convert the old Dairy started in October 2003 with the first guests staying on 22nd February 2004. It was lovingly converted into a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage which comfortably sleeps 6 people. The Dairy provides guests with an authentic taste of rural life, a restful atmosphere but conveniently located near charming country towns. Perfect for couples, small families wanting to reconnect and unwind, or groups wanting to get together. Our Dairy cottage is perfect for a quiet weekend getaway, a base to explore the region, or a memorable rural experience, it offers the perfect blend of comfort, charm, and country hospitality.

“Just come back after staying and what a chilled out little gem … stunning views, plenty of wood for the fire, plenty of breakfast choices and fresh coffee. Hot water and a giant bath that we didn’t try out and plenty of space to spend time together or reading/listening to a podcast on our own. Owners are lovely people and lots of good changes to come.”
“Absolute perfection! Can sleep up to 10, so perfect if attending a wedding. Fireplace (with firewood), lounge room, TV, fully self-contained. Breakfast included, that you cook yourself, with cereal, milk, eggs, muffins, croissants and spreads provided. Outdoor area, where you can take in the absolutely stunning views! An old working farm, each building has been converted into accommodation. No restaurant on site, not sure if you can get deliveries, but Kingsroy is a short drive into town, where you can pick up either dinner or buy something to cook up. Can not rate it enough!”
